Equipped with a configurable dual LCD touchscreen, the converter provides an intuitive user interface. It employs advanced converter technology to maintain stable voltage and frequency control when working with Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generators (PMSGs). This ensures a continuous and reliable power supply to connected loads.

Furthermore, the converter can be set up to operate in grid-tied mode. This flexibility allows it to seamlessly switch between autonomous operation and grid connection, facilitating grid charging and enhancing overall system efficiency.

EMS Smart Energy Management System

The EMS smart energy management system offers multiple configurable operating modes to suit various energy needs. Users can select from off-grid, grid-tied, and grid charging modes, providing great flexibility for different power setups.

Equipped with a double LCD smart touch screen display, the system ensures clear and intuitive interaction. This user-friendly interface makes it easy to monitor and control the system’s performance in real-time.

Advanced generator power curve tracking technology is integrated, optimizing generator efficiency and performance. Additionally, the system features AC/DC dual backup to guarantee auxiliary power supply reliability even in challenging conditions.

To handle complex electrical environments, the EMS includes control technology specifically designed for unbalanced loads. It also supports the standard RS 485 Modbus RTU protocol for seamless communication with other devices.

Optional functions enhance the system’s versatility and protection capabilities. These include PWM dump load protection against over voltage and over speed, water gate motor control, and WiFi/LAN remote monitoring and control through a dedicated app.

Moreover, the EMS system supports customized sensor control functions and allows the addition of a Static Transfer Switch (STS) for both grid-tied and off-grid applications, making it highly adaptable to specific user requirements.

Model Overview

This document provides detailed specifications for six different models: ACPCS-100kt, ACPCS-150kt, ACPCS-200kt, ACPCS-250kt, ACPCS-300kt, and ACPCS-500kt.

Generator AC Input Side Parameters

The rated power ranges from 100 kW for the ACPCS-100kt model up to 500 kW for the ACPCS-500kt. All models maintain a rated voltage of at least 240 Vac. The optimal rated voltage for the generator is set at 450 Vac, with a starting voltage requirement of no less than 180 Vac. The operational AC voltage range spans from 150 Vac to 550 Vac. Maximum AC current values vary per model, starting at 241A for the 100kt model and reaching up to 1203A for the 500kt model.

Battery Input Data

All models are compatible with lithium-ion batteries. The battery voltage range is customizable, with rated voltages between 400Vdc and 900Vdc depending on the configuration. Regarding current, the maximum charging and discharging currents vary by model. For example, the ACPCS-100kt supports up to 250A, whereas the ACPCS-300kt can handle currents up to 750A.

Output Side Parameters (Grid-Connected)

The rated charging and discharging power corresponds closely with the rated power, ranging from 100 kW to 500 kW across models. Maximum charge and discharge power ratings go as high as 600 kW for the largest model. Similarly, rated charge and discharge currents and their maximum counterparts scale accordingly, with the highest rated current at 433A and a maximum of 866A for the ACPCS-500kt.

The rated grid voltage is 400V, with permissible voltage variations allowed between 300V and 460V. The rated grid frequency is either 50 or 60 Hz. Current total harmonic distortion is kept below 3% at rated power to ensure power quality. Additionally, all models exhibit a power factor greater than 0.99, with an operational range from -1 to 1. Overload capacity can reach 1.2 times the rated power, continuously sustained for one minute.
